Our training days combine theory and practice. Participants will analyze educational research, didactics, and educational management systems, visit educational institutions, and observe theory in practice. We reflect on the experiences and insights gained, connecting them to everyday practices.

Our goal is to give you a deeper insight of the Estonian education system. With this benchmarking course that will be fully tailored to your needs, we also give you a chance to discover, discuss, share knowledge, exchange ideas and experience the Estonian schools by meeting and observing experts, teachers and pupils.
